SocialFancy does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and SocialFancy will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.

We provide our best estimation for orders during the placeing of orders, however these are estimates. We will not be held responcible for loss of funds, negative reviews or you being banned for late delivery. If you are selling on a website that requires time sensitive results, use SocialFancy at your own risk.
SocialFancy will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.
We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.

No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from SocialFancy.
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.
Orders placed in SocialFancy will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your SocialFancy account if the order is non deliverable.
Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund for these orders.
All purchases at SocialFancy are included by default, 30 calendar days from the date of payment unless a different period is mentioned. This guarantee can be withdrawn from your order without notice if your purchase has these conditions: G1. The account currently has fewer followers than at the time of payment. G2. Services purchased on another website are detected. G3. The account is private or was placed at the time of delivery. G4. The user has deleted/blocked a follower delivered by us. G5. Customer opened a dispute or chargeback G6. Internal issues affecting the company negatively for delivery. G7. Abuse of constant replacements. (+15 times) G8. The account has no stable number of followers. These reasons may be changed without notice at any time. Replacements may take from 24h to 72h to be verified and thereafter may take the same period of time as indicated at the beginning. Under no exception will more days be given than those mentioned in the product or in its defect, 30 calendar days from the date of payment.
The procedure for dealing with complaints meets the requirements of professional diligence. Should the customer therefore wish to make complaints, he/she can do so in tickets, mails and addresses mentioned here. Time-close editing is assured.
It is pointed out that Socialfancy headers are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration body.
